Frequently asked questions
What materials are your mugs made from?
Our mugs are made from high-quality ceramic, designed for everyday use. They are durable, comfortable to hold, and feature vibrant, long-lasting printed designs.
Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes! Most of our ceramic mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. To keep the print looking its best for years, we recommend placing them on the top rack of the dishwasher or hand washing when possible.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days (depending on your location). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail standard delivery services for all our orders.
Can I return or exchange my mug?
Yes. If your mug arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund. If you simply change your mind, please refer to our Returns Policy for eligibility. (Personalised items are exempt from our returns policy)
