We dispatch all our mugs using Royal Mail 48 tracked delivery services. (Tracking number provided). All mugs are neatly packaged and delivered in sturdy, smash-proof cardboard shipping boxes. Ensuring your order arrives securely and undamaged. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. (Personalised items are exempt from our returns policy.)
