This is a print to order item that takes 1-2 days to produce and 2-3 days to deliver. All our mugs are neatly packaged in sturdy, smash-proof cardboard shipping boxes. We dispatch all our mugs using Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. Personalised items are exempt from our returns policy unless they are incorrect or damaged.

What size mug do you use for printing?
We use a standard 11oz ceramic sublimation mug for all custom prints. It holds approximately 325ml and measures 9.5cm in height, 8cm in diameter, and 12cm in width including the handle.
Are the mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! Our custom mugs are both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, to maximize the lifespan of your design, we recommend hand washing when possible.
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
Production typically takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after production.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery for all our mug orders. You can also redirect your order to a collection point using the tracking number provided on the Royal Mail website.
What is your return or refund policy?
Because each mug is custom-made, we do not accept returns unless your mug is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 7 days and we’ll be happy to replace it or issue a refund.
